Asus togel Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and asus togel ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the asus togel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this Agreement.

This agreement applies to all services provided by asus togel, including but not limited to live casino, slots and jackpots, table games, Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, badminton, e-sports, and all related support services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use asus togel's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration. asus togel does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or participate in any capacity.
• Are a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Not registered as a participant in any active self-exclusion programme.
• Not acting on behalf of another person or third-party entity when registering or playing.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at asus togel. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any balance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. asus togel reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including during withdrawal processing. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you immediately report unauthorised access to us.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Asus togel accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are commonly used by Malaysians in their everyday lives:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• FPX via Maybank2u
• FPX via CIMB Clicks
• Other major Malaysian banks that support FPX

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit limit; however, asus togel reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount in accordance with compliance requirements. Deposit funds are typically processed and credited to the playing account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must be made by the registered account holder using a payment method in their own name. Asus togel does not accept third-party deposits. If there is evidence that a deposit was not made by the registered account holder, asus togel reserves the right to place a hold on or freeze withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

Eligible asus togel members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within 15 to 30 minutes on business days, and within no more than 60 minutes on Malaysian public holidays and weekends.

The following withdrawal conditions must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM 50.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the original deposit.
• For members who have received a bonus, the wagering requirement associated with that bonus must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding the specified limit.
• Asus togel reserves the right to conduct standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks on any withdrawal request.

Asus togel does not bear any fees charged by banks or eWallet providers for withdrawal transactions. Any deductions are made by the payment processor, not by asus togel. For any withdrawal-related issues, please contact our support team at support@asustogel.click or via live chat on the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Asus togel offers its members a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, periodic reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian public holidays such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Hari Merdeka. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at asus togel:

• Each member is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Maximum betting limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds — exceeding the set limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.
• Asus togel reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being misused or claimed fraudulently.
• Asus togel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules

All games offered at asus togel — including Live Casino, slots, baccarat, jackpot, and table games — operate on a fair and transparent system. The following general rules apply:

• Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed once a round or hand has concluded, unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical error confirmed by system records.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay that prevents the outcome from being verified, asus togel reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the member.
• The use of assistance software, automated bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any winnings obtained through means that violate the rules of play or that are linked to fraudulent activity will be voided and the account balance may be confiscated.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are clearly displayed on the respective game interface. asus togel reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

For Live Casino games in particular, interactions between members and dealers are expected to remain courteous and respectful. Abusive language, threats, or any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or dealers is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access to the Live Casino section.

7. Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section at asus togel covers a wide range of sporting events from Malaysia and around the world, including Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, Thomas Cup and Uber Cup badminton, MLBB MPL Malaysia esports, Sultan Azlan Shah Cup hockey, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, and much more. The specific rules applicable to Sports Betting are as follows:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the asus togel system, unless there is a clear error in the displayed odds.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, all affected bets will be voided and the stake amount returned to the member's account.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Asus togel reserves the right to void accepted bets if the displayed odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error.
• Live betting is subject to real-time odds and may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match.
• Parlay or accumulator bets combining multiple selections will be fully voided if any one of those selections involves a cancelled event, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

Asus togel reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account and forfeit the account balance without compensation in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Identity fraud or the submission of false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• The use of bots, automated tools, or any other unfair methods in games or betting.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs for unfair gain.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes or circumvent bonus conditions.
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Any conduct that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the member — for example, if the member voluntarily requests account closure — any eligible net balance will be returned to the member once the assessment is complete. Processing time for such cases is up to 14 business days.

9. Privacy & Data Security

Asus togel takes your personal data protection seriously. 11. Limitation of Liability

Asus togel provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the platform's continuous availability, the accuracy of information displayed, or that the service will be entirely free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, asus togel is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of unfavourable game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, service provider infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Discrepancies between odds or information displayed on a member's device and the backend system due to technical delays.

Asus togel's maximum liability for any individual claim from a member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Asus togel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time based on business needs, legal compliance requirements, or changes to how we operate our services. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the asus togel platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance in accordance with the established procedures. The version of the terms and conditions currently in force is always available on this page, with the last updated date displayed at the top.
